PRISM Live Studio mobile app is the most downloaded mobile streaming app worldwide. Many users favor the PRISM mobile app due to its wide range of features, stable quality, and proactive user support.
As the usage scale and market recognition of the PRISM mobile app expand, we have consistently received proposals from various companies to utilize the streaming capabilities of the PRISM mobile app in their own services.
Furthermore, the PRISM PC app underwent a complete revamp based on OBS in 2023, ensuring a more stable streaming quality. With its easy and convenient usability unique to the PRISM app, along with various additional features, it has grown into a sought-after PC streaming tool by many streamers.
In response, our PRISM team has released the B2B product of PRISM Live Studio apps through our own cloud platform, NAVER Cloud Platform, enabling individual companies providing live services to easily utilize the PRISM mobile app as the streaming tool for their own services.
2. Application Fields
In order to establish a live streaming service within an enterprise, it typically requires system setups in the following three segments
Streaming segment: Handling live streaming using users’ own devices such as smartphones or PCs.
Backend segment: Encoding and processing users’ streams to be delivered to the service page.
Playback segment: Receiving video data prepared by the backend segment and playing it for viewers.
The PRISM app corresponds to the streaming segment, providing optimal streaming quality and stability even across various user devices and network environments.

3. Usage Methods
The process of using this product is as follows:
1. Select [Contact US] in the B2B PRISM Live Studio service on NAVER Cloud Platform.
A NAVER Cloud Platform representative will contact you to discuss your needs.
Follow the service application steps according to the provided service usage guide.
Implementation of the server-side interaction with the PRISM app progresses (OAuth authentication implementation, individual feature API implementation). ※ Detailed guides for implementation are provided by NAVER Cloud Platform. ※ Server-side implementation proceeds in a non-billed trial mode.
Testing between the enterprise’s live service and the PRISM app is conducted.

5. Pricing Information
B2B PRISM Live Studio service is divided into a base fee and a MAC fee.
MAC stands for Monthly Active Channel, and it is counted based on the customer service’s channel.
A TRIAL plan is applied when the service is created. The TRIAL plan is limited to a maximum streaming time of 15 minutes and up to 3 active channels.
To use all features properly, please switch to a PAID plan on the settings screen within the console.
B2B PRISM Live Studio streaming can last up to 48 hours.

The usage fee for B2B PRISM Live Studio is charged by adding the MAC fee (which varies depending on the billing tier). Usage is renewed monthly and does not carry over to the next month.
For example, let’s say you have 400 MACs. The total monthly bill is: . 0 – 10 tier: 10 MACs * 29.00 USD = 290 USD . 11 – 50 tier: 40 MACs * 21.50 USD = 860 USD . 51 – 1,000 tier: 350 MACs * 14.50 USD = 5,075 USD Total = 290 USD + 860 USD + 5,075 USD = 6,225 USD

Q: Does it support customization for features specialized in enterprise live services? A: No, it does not. However, integration of functionalities within the common feature scope provided by the PRISM app is possible.
