PRISM Live Studio mobile app is the most downloaded mobile streaming app worldwide. Many users favor the PRISM mobile app due to its wide range of features, stable quality, and proactive user support.

In order to establish a live streaming service within an enterprise, it typically requires system setups in the following three segments
Streaming segment: Handling live streaming using users’ own devices such as smartphones or PCs.
Backend segment: Encoding and processing users’ streams to be delivered to the service page.
Playback segment: Receiving video data prepared by the backend segment and playing it for viewers.
The PRISM app corresponds to the streaming segment, providing optimal streaming quality and stability even across various user devices and network environments.

3. Usage Methods
The process of using this product is as follows:

Follow the service application steps according to the provided service usage guide.

B2B PRISM Live Studio service is divided into a base fee and a MAC fee.
MAC stands for Monthly Active Channel, and it is counted based on the customer service’s channel.
A TRIAL plan is applied when the service is created. The TRIAL plan is limited to a maximum streaming time of 15 minutes and up to 3 active channels.
To use all features properly, please switch to a PAID plan on the settings screen within the console.
B2B PRISM Live Studio streaming can last up to 48 hours.

The usage fee for B2B PRISM Live Studio is charged by adding the MAC fee (which varies depending on the billing tier). Usage is renewed monthly and does not carry over to the next month.
