# Server Connection Error when Starting Live Stream

We are providing this notice regarding a connection error occurring for some users when starting a live stream in the PRISM PC app. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this service instability.

#### Identified Issue

* Error Message: "The server is not responding. Please try again in a few minutes. (Error Code: 10506)"
* Symptom: The live broadcast fails to start, and the above error popup is displayed.

#### Root Cause

We have identified temporary instability in the internal infrastructure and DB server connections. Our technical team is currently investigating the cause in detail and is performing emergency maintenance and recovery operations to restore normal service.

#### Temporary Workaround

This issue is occurring intermittently in specific environments. If you encounter the error message and the stream fails to start, we recommend **trying again after a short wait.**

#### Future Plan

Resolving this issue and completing the recovery process is our top priority. We will provide a follow-up notice as soon as the service returns to normal. We apologize once again for the frustration this may have caused.
