# How to Fix Dolby Vision Setting Errors

If a scheduled broadcast has Dolby Vision transmission enabled, the broadcast cannot be started. Naver Shopping Live does not currently support Dolby Vision transmission.

### Dolby Vision Transmission Not Supported

#### Cause

Naver Shopping Live does not currently support Dolby Vision transmission. If a scheduled broadcast has Dolby Vision transmission enabled, the broadcast cannot be started.

#### Solution

1. As indicated in the error message, go to the web management tool and set the Dolby Vision transmission option to disabled (not configured).
2. Once the setting has been changed, try starting the broadcast again.
