Error Message: You cannot live stream on YouTube because streaming permissions haven’t been enabled. Some permissions may take up to 24 hours to activate after application or verification. For more information, please click the [View Help] button. Go to YouTube Studio (Error code: 28005, Error code: 28006)
Broadcasters must verify the permission status of each platform before starting a stream. Errors 28005 and 28006 occurs when YouTube streaming permissions are not enabled or when the account is in a waiting period after verification. This guide explains how to check your feature eligibility settings in YouTube Studio to resolve this issue.
This error is triggered when the linked YouTube account does not have live streaming permissions or the permissions have recently been requested and are still being processed.
Check YouTube Feature Eligibility: Access YouTube Studio and navigate to Settings > Channel > Feature eligibility.

Verify Activation Status: Ensure that the following three categories are marked as 'Enabled':
Standard features
Intermediate features
Advanced features

Wait 24 Hours: If you have just enabled live streaming or completed account verification, the YouTube system may take up to 24 hours to fully activate your permissions. Please try again once this period has passed.
Confirm Channel Health: Ensure your channel is not restricted from live streaming due to YouTube Community Guideline violations. This applies if your account has been blocked due to a violation or other reasons. You can check for violations and find solutions through the help link below:
