# Using Display Capture (Part) Source

The Display capture (part) source can capture a specific portion of the monitor's display.

To add this, click the **+** button in the **Sources** tab. Then, select **Display Capture (Part)** source and click **OK**.

In the Source Properties window, you can designate the monitor area to be captured with the mouse by clicking the **Select Area** button.
