Upcoming Subscription Model for PRISM Live Studio

Starting July 7, 2025, certain features of PRISM Live Studio will transition to a subscription-based model. This change aligns with the updates announced in our revised Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Basic features will remain free to use without a subscription. A subscription will only apply — and charges will only occur — if you choose to subscribe through the app after the update.

1. Introducing PRISM Plus
To support more advanced broadcasting needs, we are launching a new subscription plan called PRISM Plus. While core features will continue to be available for free — such as:
Live streaming
Basic beauty filters (Mobile)
Basic Scene and text templates (Desktop)
— select premium features will be made available exclusively through the PRISM Plus subscription.
2. When Subscription Charges Begin
If you continue using only the free features, no charges will apply. Subscription fees will only be charged if you opt in to PRISM Plus through the app on or after July 7, 2025. To help you make an informed choice, we’ll provide a free trial period before the first payment is processed.
3. Premium Features Available via PRISM Plus
With a single PRISM Plus subscription, you can access premium features across all three apps: PRISM Live Studio (Mobile/Desktop) and PRISM Lens. For more information on the subscription transition for PRISM Lens, please refer to section 5 below.

4. Subscription Options
PRISM Plus will be available in two plans:
Monthly subscription - $9.99
Annual subscription - $79.99
5. PRISM Lens Integration
Starting August 7, 2025, certain premium features of PRISM Lens will also be included in the PRISM Plus subscription. Until then, all Lens features will remain available free of charge. Further details will be provided in a separate announcement.
