End of New Installations for Old Version App (Android OS below 10.0)

We would like to inform you that new installations of the PRISM Live Studio app will be restricted on Android OS versions below 10.0.

The minimum supported Android OS version has already been raised to 10.0 or higher. Although we have exceptionally continued to provide the old version of the app for devices running below OS 10.0, persistent stability issues in these environments have made it difficult to maintain further support.

As a result, support for the app on Android OS versions below 10.0 will be fully discontinued.

Scope of Impact

• Users who already have the old version installed can continue to use it.

• On devices running OS below 10.0, new installations or re-installations after deletion will no longer be possible.

• For stable service use, we recommend updating to the minimum supported OS version or higher and using the latest version of the app.
